  • 3 tea spoons of olive oil
  • 1 loaf of fresh ciabatta (yes, other bread is acceptable)
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 head of green lettuce
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 anchovies
  • 1 handful of grated cheese, preferably italian parmesan
  • 3 tea spoons of mayonnaise
  • White vinegar to refine your salad

How we do it – Step by step

1 Pre-heat your oven to 200C. Start tearing the ciabatta bread into little slices, then gently apply olive oil for a crispy texture later on. Apply salt if needed. Bake in the oven for a maximum of 10 minutes until golden.

2 Drizzle your chicken breast with the remainder of oil and cook in the pan. Cook evenly from both sides.

3 Time to finish! Slice garlic into tiny pieces, mash anchovies, and add together with the grated cheese into a salad bowl.

4 Tear the head of lettuce apart, and add to the bowl. As a final step, put sliced pieces of the chicken onto all ingredients. Season with salt, pepper and chillies if needed.
