All about foodpanda’s trip to Karachi Eat 2017

Karachi Eat 2017

If you’re a Karachite, you surely must be aware of the hot & sour, sweet & sizzling, delicious & heavenly tasty topic which has been the centre of discussion amongst all groups. Be it kids or adults, everyone has been talking about Karachi Eat 2017 since the last few weeks. As much as it was hyped and talked about, the event turned out to be far more than how it was predicted. 3 consecutive days of unlimited fun and entertainment with all kinds of food awaited the Karachites at Frere Hall this weekend. And where there’s food, you definitely find foodpanda! 😉

The Food

Foodpanda had an amazing colourful stall at the festival and I tell you that it was the most amazing thing that happened to all the desi food lovers at the event. Panda brought the very Best of Karachi: Sabir Nihari and Delhi Muslim Kebab House for the fans.

They say good food is the key to a man’s heart. Here it turned out that same was the case for women too when they tried the mouthwatering BBQ delights and the spicylicious Nihari.

The Fun

On Day 2, our very own Junaid Akram made his presence felt too with a very lively session with the families (Oh, I didn’t mean to be sarcastic here! :p) at the event. He hosted a Dance Off with Panda contest and the Foodpanda Tongue Twister.

Damn, I must say Karachi people got some moves!!

Well, but nobody could beat the Panda but a little kid!

Also, for the record, here’s the tongue twister for you. Try saying this 15 times in a row and see if you have it in you – “Khana Panda Foodpanda”. The winners were given brand new HTC mobile phones! (Sigh! I wasn’t there to give it a shot.)

Panda on the Roll

Our fun-loving Panda was there playing around with the kids.

Not just the kids, the teens fell in love with him too.

And while managing everything so well, Team foodpanda didn’t forget to enjoy the event to the fullest.

All in all, it was fun to have the Panda around at Karachi Eat 2017 and heavenly to have such delicious kababs and divine nihari. I hope FoodPanda continues to spread the love for its fans and keep bringing us amazing food. Well because we don’t eat to live, we live to eat and we love to eat.

Nevertheless, if you wish to taste these desi delights again, simply order here.

Spending over two and a half decades in the city of lights, I’ve learnt almost everything.  Been there, done that situation applies everywhere now. And of course, I’m a food lover! Why else would I be writing this kind of stuff?
